At SilkBlume, while individual customization within our subscription model isn’t available, we offer a diverse selection of 23 different arrangements each month. With over 290 unique arrangements in our repertoire, you’re assured a fresh and stylish option every time, ensuring that your space always feels new and beautifully adorned without ever repeating the same design!
How does the subscription service work?
Our service is all about simplicity and personal touch. Once you show interest via WhatsApp or email, we arrange a visit with our unique flower bus, allowing you to personally select your preferred arrangement, which we then deliver directly to your doorstep.
What are the payment options and plans available?
We offer the convenience of monthly invoicing through Xero on the 5th of each month. Payments can be made via EFT, and for those purchasing gift vouchers, payment is required upfront.
Are there any hidden costs?
Transparency is key at SilkBlume. There are no hidden fees in our subscription service. For bespoke arrangements and indoor landscaping projects, delivery or installation fees may apply depending on the specifics of the order.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with an arrangement?
Your satisfaction is our priority. For subscription services, you choose your arrangement to ensure happiness. For bespoke services, we provide a photo for approval before finalizing. If you’re still unsatisfied upon delivery, you can return for a full refund.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! We understand that circumstances change, which is why we offer the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription without any hassle. Just reach out via your preferred communication method.
How are the flowers packaged and delivered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition?
Our flower bus delivers directly to you, ensuring each arrangement remains pristine. For national delivery of bespoke arrangements, we use recycled and recyclable packaging to uphold our environmental commitment while ensuring product safety.
How do I care for and maintain the arrangements to ensure they last as long as possible?
For subscription holders, we take care of all maintenance! For owners of bespoke arrangements, simply dust regularly and keep away from direct sunlight to maintain their pristine appearance.
How environmentally friendly are your products and practices?
SilkBlume is dedicated to sustainability. Our artificial flowers are an eco-friendly alternative, eliminating the need for water and pesticides and reducing frequent replacements. We use high-quality synthetic materials like silk and polyester and employ sustainable practices in production and delivery, including minimal packaging and the reuse and recycling of shipping materials.
Are there options for corporate or bulk orders for offices and businesses?
Yes, we offer tailored solutions for corporate and bulk orders to enhance any business environment. We accommodate aesthetic and practical needs with customizable options and provide volume discounts to meet your company’s unique requirements.

What happens if I need to change my delivery address or reschedule a delivery?
We strive to accommodate your needs with flexibility. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes to delivery addresses or scheduling, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Do you provide services for special events, such as corporate functions or large family gatherings?
While our subscription arrangements aren’t suitable for table settings due to their uniqueness, we can create stunning focal pieces for special events that require a striking floral presence.
What is your return policy on purchased items?
